We offer a wide range of Genealogical Research Resources.
We hold official status as a Place of Deposit (POD).
We have many unique research resources.
We currently have more than 180 members
We are staffed by a dedicated group of volunteers.
EGFHG has grown from a few people passionate about family history into one of the largest, best resourced and most active volunteer based genealogy resource centres in Australia.
We offer a range of research options so anyone can take advantage of our very experienced researchers.
                         WE ARE OPEN Tuesdays                 10.00am until 4.00pm Thursdays 10.00am until late in the evening* Saturdays 10.00am until 2.00pm (at least)*
EGFHG  research rooms are open to members and to the general public.

Monthly meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month, except January, with a programme of activities, speakers and workshops available.
